Who is responsible for your data

This website is built and managed for CTRL by Elshorafa Co. Elshorafa Co is responsible for the personal data collected on this website. For any question or request about your data, email contact@ctrlmotorsport.com.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, and what you buy.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We do not see or keep your full card number.
  • Messages: what you send us through the Contact page or by email.
  • Updates: your email, if you ask to hear about new drops.
  • Device and browsing data: such as your device, browser, pages you visit and how you found us, collected with cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and exchanges.
  • To answer your messages.
  • To prevent fraud and keep the website safe.
  • To send you news about CTRL, if you signed up. You can stop at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
  • To understand how the website is used and make it better.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, the platform that runs our store.
  • Payment providers that process your payment, including Tabby if you choose to split your payment.
  • Delivery companies, to bring your order to you.
  • Email, analytics and advertising services that help us run and grow the store.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your bag, remember your choices and measure how the website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work without them.
