Shipping

We ship from the United Arab Emirates to the UAE, all GCC countries, most of the Middle East and North Africa, and many other countries. Every order comes with tracking.

Delivery times

• UAE: 1 working day.
• GCC: 5 working days.
• MENA: 7 working days.
• Other countries: usually 5 to 10 working days.

We send orders on working days. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, sales and bad weather.

Shipping costs

• UAE: free on every order.
• AED 49: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and India.
• AED 79: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy, Sweden, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Philippines, USA and Canada.
• AED 89: Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Poland, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Turkey, Lebanon, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Nepal, Australia and New Zealand.
• AED 129: South Korea, Algeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Burundi, Mali and Niger.
• AED 149: all other countries we ship to.

These prices are per order. Heavy orders can cost more. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

If your country is listed at checkout, we ship there.

Customs and import taxes

For orders outside the UAE, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes. You pay these when the parcel arrives. They are not part of our prices or shipping fee.

Your address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address or because no one could receive it, we contact you to send it again. The new shipping fee is paid by you.
