These terms apply when you use this website and buy from CTRL Motorsport ("CTRL", "we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

CTRL Motorsport is a sportswear brand based in the United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at contact@ctrlmotorsport.com or through the Contact page on this website.

2. Using this website

  • You must be 18 or older, or use the website with a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • The information you give us must be true and complete.
  • Do not misuse the website, copy it, or try to break its security.

3. Products

  • We show our products and colours as accurately as we can. Colours can look a little different on different screens.
  • The reflective parts send light back toward where it came from. How bright they look depends on the light, the angle and the distance.
  • CTRL clothing is not certified safety or high visibility equipment. It does not replace lights, helmets or other safety gear.
  • Sizes and measurements are in our size guide.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout in your currency. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Split payments with Tabby follow Tabby's own terms.
  • We can change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

5. Orders

  • After you order, you get an email with your order details. Your order is accepted when we ship it.
  • We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or product is shown by mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
  • To change or cancel your order, message us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, our refund policy applies.

6. Shipping, returns and privacy

Our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy are part of these terms.

7. Our responsibility

  • We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described.
  • We are not responsible for losses we could not expect, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
  • As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law.

8. Our brand and content

The CTRL name, logos, designs, photos and text on this website belong to CTRL Motorsport. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute goes to the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
